经过1个月的少吃+每天50下的sit up+周末回家摇呼拉圈

终于出现了成果~

轻了1公斤。。

进1年来到了金宝读书~

就一直肥，一直重~

实在太恐怖了。。

所以就下定决心减肥~

现在是很好的开始了~

我要继续加油！！

减到40公斤。。

只要有恒心

就一定能~

加油加油！！！！

Cameron trip ❤

2 days 1 night

Cameron trip

That was a nice trip

We going cameron after class with 3 cars

People who are going were

 Me, Shixian, Agnes, ky, Boon Lai, Kok Keng, Tat Jun, Khai Khoon, Yen Chun

Chi Choy, Chun Yew, Jia Cheng, Kam Meng & Lee Ken

We start our journey at 3o'clock

Firstly, we go for petrol station for adding petrol

After that we started our journey

When reach, there was 5 something

Weather at cameron is so cold!!

We check in  apartment and arrange room

After that, me & shixian prepare all food that use to steamboat

Agnes is sick, so ky take care of her

Other guys all playing games

When finished steamboat,

 Seng Kong (DBU student, cameron people) bring us go to a mountain

When all prepared for going out, take at outside apartment

We can see whole Ipoh at there mountain

The weather is so cold, and there was night 11 somethings

More cold =)

We go up a very high stairs

When reach top there

Whole body cold until shaking

Some of the guy challenge for take off their shirt

That was so cold

They still take off their shirt

Haha~

Den we going down from the mountain and have a supper until 1.30am

When reach apartment, after change clothes

I straight sleep jor cause im really too tired

Wake up on 8am

When all people finish prepare

We go for Seng Kong's farm

We all stand behind the mountain car

Den Seng Kong father drive the car bring us to mountain 

When standing behind the car, it seem like sitting roller coaster

it's so excited!!!

Firstly,

We go the vegetable farm

After that we go strawberry farm

I pluck the strawberry!!

And eat the strawberry

The feel is so good

And the taste is NICE!!

After finish all things

We going down 

And have a breakfast

The aunty of the stall service is the BEST!!

After taking our breakfast

We back to the apartment

i taking a nap...

We check out 12o'clock

Den we go visit the BOH tea factory

And we going to the butterfly farm.

We can touch the butterfly

I really scare at first

But after caught

I feel it good..

Then we go for another shop to buy strawberry

Truthly, i love strawberry with sweet taste..

Then we go walking pasar malam cameron

I buy jor guava-apple cameron

That was a nice fruit..

I love it ❤

We back on 5 somethings

That is my cameron trip

倒霉+sorry to michelle

这几天非常的倒霉

前2天被摩多的烟管烫到。。

昨天比赛之前太赶

添了水的水壶没有盖紧

放进包包，整个包包湿掉

我的钱，钱包，在包包里的东西都湿完

连我要带去比赛的面巾

都湿了。。

真的气死我。。

为什么总是那么的倒霉？

脚还隐隐作痛

想到都会疯掉！！

然后就随便丢下我的东西

肚子就饿饿去比赛

真的很饿~

比赛第一场就对到我怕的那队

我的那个衰运都还没走完

然后前面还没稳

一下输对方10粒球

吓都吓死我~ 

我也要在这里跟我的伙伴道歉

Although their hostel door is locked

6 people gathering together for yam cha
After that they fetch 1 of them back Ipoh

Go den never reach
